Anne Glover
Anne Glover is the CEO and co-founder of Amadeus Capital Partners, a global venture capital firm, which has backed more than 190 companies and raised over $1 billion for investment in high-growth technology companies since its founding in 1997. Before incorporating Amadeus, Anne was with Apax Partners where she was part of the investment team. Anne has been an active venture capitalist for over three decades and has invested in several UK-based information technology startups as a business angel. She was awarded a CBE in 2006 for services to business and is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. She was chair of the British Venture Capital Association and Invest Europe.

Rick Salmon is an entrepreneur, executive coach and public speaker. In 2009, he was recognized as one of the winners of the renowned EEVC European Venture Contest due to his significant expertise as a serial entrepreneur. He co-founded three successful technology companies over the course of his career: BlueSky Software, which was subsequently renamed eHelp and acquired by Adobe, Scala Inc., the current global leader in digital signage, and RPR Technologies. In 2016, he incorporated The Technologies of Influence AS, Oslo, a startup that utilises artificial intelligence and scientific measurement of human behaviour traits as tools for coaching entrepreneurs and executives, enabling them to have a greater impact and influence while presenting and pitching.
