Organisation & Selection

As a first step, the candidates applied online and their company profile was reviewed by a selection committee composed of international investors.

Following a rigorous judging process, the pool was narrowed down to around 120 companies that were invited to present their business proposition to an international panel of investors and investment professionals at 7 Semi-Finals held at different European Locations.

• Linz, 29 September 2008 [CVF] Cleantech Companies only
• Pamplona, 15 October 2008
• Copenhagen, 20 October 2008 [NVF] Nordic Companies only
• Eindhoven, 5 November 2008
• Prague, 10 November 2008

After these oral presentations, 21 companies were selected  for  the Final Jury, held in Barcelona,  17 & 18 December 2008
