Presenters (invited by the hosts only)
Before 18 February 2009
- Presenters are the Business and/or Scientific Leaders of ambitious Projects/Businesses in the semantic web technology or next generation internet applications (“Web 3.0” space)
- Email us your application and a draft Project Executive Summary by 20 January 2009 latest
- Fill in a Company Profile Sheet (CPS)
- Hosts will communicate whether the Project was selected for presentation by 27 January 2009 latest
- Provide a final Project Executive Summary by 3 February for the Academy Binder
- List those confirmed participating Experts by 3 February with whom the Project Leader(s) would like to meet during the Academy
On the Day of the Academy - 18 February 2009
- Be present all Day & do a 1 min. Pitch
- Present the Project using Powerpoint for maximum 15 minutes
- Provide Feedback to other Presenters
- Meet with Experts
Experts (invited by the hosts only)
Before 18 February 2009
- Confirm your full day participation by email by 27 January 2009 at the latest
- Provide an up-to-date short CV and photo and by January 27 for publication in the Academy Binder
- Accept 5 Meetings during the Academy Day from the list of Project Leaders requesting meetings with you by February 10
On the Day of the Academy - 18 February 2009
- Be present all Day & do a 1 min. Pitch
- Provide constructive feedback to presenters on the perceived strengths & weaknesses and also pragmatic suggestions for the Commercialisation of the Projects
- Meet with up to 5 Presenters

Before 18 February 2009
- Confirm your participation by 3 February 2009 latest and provide a short CV
