Afternoon Session Targeted Marketing for startups
  • How to get big results with limited resources (guerrilla marketing, permission based marketing, social networks, etc.)
  • 1st Guest speaker (expert in Marketing) followed by discussion and group exercises.
Evening Session Cash Flow, Financial Forecasting and Sales
  • Rapid sales techniques for Startups. Financial forecasting and cash-flow control models will also be presented and discussed.
  • Individual homework

Corporate Finance, Valuation and Investor expectations

  • How to construct and present financials to investors. Intellectual Property will also be presented and discussed in this session.
  • 2nd Guest speaker (expert Corporate Finance) followed by discussion and group exercises.
Afternoon Session Teambuilding
  • How to attract and recruit a successful team.
  • 3rd Guest speaker (expert Executive Recruiter) followed by discussion and group exercises.
Evening Session Networking
  • Building a powerful contact network.
  • Group discussion, individual and group exercises
  • Group homework assignment
